Today, I realized just why everyone is using the popular photo share application, flckr. It is realy easy to upload photos and even make visual adjustments to them without effecting quality. I am impressed being that I use photoshop all the time as a graphic designer and I must say, this is a very powerful tool that is free to everyone! Check it out.

Moving toward dystopia

With school shootings happening on a regular basis, It is seems to me that society is sadly moving toward a dystopia. We all wish there was world peace and that there was no evil in the world but unfortunately humans are naturally fallible. Sometimes, I find it really hard knowing how much hurt, anger, hatred, death, evil and negativity there is in the world and I wonder..If we were created in God's image, then wouldn't that mean that God has all of these negative qualities somewhere within too? Seems I better read up on this a little more before making such an assumption.

Human Nature suggests that humans are inherently good and I do believe this however many times, those who behave badly tend to be so because of their environment. It seems that only a small percentage of those who grow up in negative environments actually decide to take a different path despite where they grew up and what the were taught. Technically, we are all brainwashed little pods until we realize that we can do something with the knowledge that we hopefully retained during the 12 years or less of free public education.

Freak of Nature

Have you ever felt like your brain worked a little different than everyone else. Well, I often feel this way. You could say the word dirt and everyone else is thinking one thing while I am thinking something completely different. I associate words differently than most people. Either I am really stupid, an alien or perhaps I am really a genius and everyone else is stupid! I am just beginning to embrace the fact that I am very different in the way I think.

Exorcism or mental disorder

Recently I watched a video on CNN about the shortage of preists that
could perform exorcisms. They made an interesting point about
psychology. They suggested that most mentally ill people suffering
from various disorders are actually posessed by the devil. What they
need is an exorcism and not a psychologist. This is an interesting
thought. I am not sure if it applies or not, but we certainly can't
say that psychology is an exact science.

Conspiracy Theory of My Own Creation!

I was thinking, maybe the satellite that is scheduled to re-enter the atmosphere later this month was shot down by the UFO that was sighted by thousands in Texas! It wasn't actually the malfunction of the satellite that is bringing it down — but rather the disruption from the alien ship that maneuvered over Texas a few weeks back. How about that for my first attempt at a Conspiracy Theory!
